Central Monmouth Animal Hospital is excited to welcome new clients. We believe in strong communication and will work closely with you to address your pet’s health care needs while providing the highest quality care.
During your first visit, we'll take a thorough medical history of your pet. Please bring any relevant information with you. If you have previous veterinary records you'd like to share, you can either have them mailed to us or ask your former veterinarian to fax them directly.
